Started in 1825 in France, Comoy's originaly started making pipes from clay, boxwood & beech, they were amoung the first to realise the smoking propertiers of briar
Eventually moving to London to a small factory
Comoy's are a very well known make & have a long running history, again there early pieces are more collectable & can demand very strong prices
