Barling's were silversmith's during the 1700's, until Benjamin Barling strated fitting silver to meerschaum bowls & later founding Barling & sons in 1812

There pipes went from stength to stength over the years & are now highy sought after & very collectable

The briar is exceptional, the workmanship top draw & if lucky enough to obtain one with silver work, you are in for a treat

As a collector of this maker myself, I can honestly say the pipes I own are amoung my most prized pieces
